Palm Beach Tan, Inc. in Bel Air is hiring at our salon to join the leader in sunbed tanning, spray tanning, skin care, and wellness. We’re seeking passionate, hard‑working individuals to represent our brand in a vibrant and professional environment.

You will meet and exceed sales goals, provide upbeat consultations, educate customers on skin care and tanning options, maintain a clean salon, handle cash, and support daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
