Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer care in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and participate in in-store events to promote our beauty, wellness, and personal care lines.

You will build relationships with customers, assist with omni-channel engagement, and maintain department standards while complying with policies and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales with a defined sales goal
• Ability to resolve customer issues and maintain professional demeanor
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Basic PC or tablet skills for store systems
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store events to promote brand and products
• Upsell and recommend complementary items using testers and samples
