Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Experience meeting sales goals or proactively selling beauty products and providing customer care.
Knowledge of products/brands to engage customer needs.
Ability to build and maintain relationships within a team.
Basic PC/tablet skills.
Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
Demonstrate products and offer consultations, including skincare demos and mini-makeovers.
Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty in Beauty and Wellness.
Maintain department standards, hygiene, and stocked testers.
Process sales at the register and support promotional programs.
Collaborate with store leadership and participate in trainings and meetings.
