Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty and Wellness Consultant to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer care in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist customers with product recommendations, mini-makeovers, skincare consultations, and provide knowledge across brands to support a total look.

You will lead in-store events, maintain department standards, and collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals while upholding hygiene and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and retail sales experience or proven beauty sales.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through demonstrations and consultations.
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty across Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.
• Maintain department standards, hygiene and organization.
• Assist with store systems and processes and collaborate with leadership.
