Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty Advisor to maximize sales and provide exceptional customer care in the beauty department across its U.S. stores.

You will deliver personalized consultations, mini-makeovers, and skincare advice while maintaining department standards and engaging customers with brand awareness efforts. The role involves greeting customers, demonstrating products, conducting in-store events, and collaborating with store leadership to reach sales goals and ensure a delightful customer

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with retail sales experience or beauty sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer care best practices; asks questions to determine needs and informs customers of options.
• Greets and engages customers to identify needs and direct them to appropriate products and services.
• Provides expertise in product demonstrations and consultations using tools like the Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
• Leads and delivers in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty of Owned Brands and total Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.
• Builds relationships with customers and ensures authentic closure of interactions.
