Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care in our beauty department. You will engage customers, provide makeup demonstrations, and offer personalized consultations to meet their beauty needs.

Responsibilities include greeting shoppers, achieving sales goals, coordinating in-store events, and maintaining department standards. Fluency in English and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with at least 1 year in a retail sales environment or beauty/cosmetics sales.
• Ability to meet sales goals with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of products/brands to engage customers and meet needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and basic PC/tablet skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products, resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and beauty consultations using provided tools.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and loyalty.
• Build relationships with customers and provide follow-up after interactions.
• Maintain department cleanliness, stock testers, and adhere to hygiene standards.
