Fresha is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our global team and drive new business development across the beauty and wellness marketplace. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will focus on securing partnerships and expanding the client base with a hunter mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
• Industry experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
• You are a true hunter and relationship builder.
• You are organized and can multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• You are curious and hungry to grow and develop.

Responsibilities

• KPIs: Consistently achieve sales targets.
• Outreach: Calling key decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches to bring on new business (in-person meetings as appropriate).
• Selling: Present, promote and sell products/services through demos to partners.
• Sales Cycle: Manage full sales process from prospecting to close.
• Partnering: Analyze cost-benefit and needs with partners to align solutions.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Market Trends: Provide feedback on industry trends.
• Leads: Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads and document outcomes in CRM.
• Business Partnering: Serve as lead contact for partners on commercial activities.
