Qualifications

• Past experience in retail sales with a defined sales goal or selling beauty products and providing customer care.
• Ability to develop ways to meet goals with minimal supervision and escalate when needed.
• Knowledge of beauty products and brand offerings to meet customer needs.
• Experience building relationships within a team.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers, greets them, and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Proactively determine customer needs and inform about options, including upsell.
• Provide product demonstrations and consultations using tools like Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and loyalty.
• Maintain department standards, hygiene, and stock; comply with asset protection procedures.
• Process sales at the register and participate in meetings about programs and promotions.
