Target is hiring a Beauty Team Leader in New Jersey. You will lead Beauty Team Members, coach guest engagement, and ensure consistent guest experiences while meeting sales goals.

The role emphasizes inclusivity, safety, and excellence in operations on the sales floor and backroom. You will manage daily tasks, mentor associates, and help drive promotions, merchandising, and customer service standards with a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture on your team.
• Retail business fundamentals including sales trends and promotions.
• Leading a team of hourly team members, including coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Ensure team members are trained and consistently deliver Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Lead a team across Beauty areas with onboarding, coaching, and safety compliance.
