Job summary

Target in Carmel, IN is seeking a Beauty Team Leader to guide guest experience and lead a team across Core Beauty and Beauty Studio. You will manage service standards, merchandising, and daily operations while coaching staff and driving sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a variable schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Ensure team understands and delivers Target's guest experience commitments.
• Observe, coach and provide feedback to team to improve service.
• Lead Beauty Studio operations and model best practices for guest engagement.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and displays to support sales goals.
• Assign tasks to team members based on workload and traffic patterns.
• Support hiring and onboarding to build a guest-centric team.
• Demonstrate inclusivity and ethical conduct in all interactions.
