Target is seeking a Beauty Team Leader in Irvine, CA to drive guest experiences and lead a dynamic team on a busy sales floor. You will coach, train and engage team members while maintaining store standards and visual merchandising across Beauty areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team members deliver Target’s guest experience commitments and consistent operations.
• Provide feedback, coach and develop team to uphold standards.
• Model and maintain safety and security practices across Beauty areas.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding to build a guest-centric team.
