Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach others to achieve targets.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly Beauty team members with coaching and development.
• Deliver consistent guest experience commitments and maintain store operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and loss prevention practices.
• Support leadership in training and onboarding of new team members.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.
