Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, and makeup (and piercing where applicable).
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail/service sales.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends and products to better serve guests.
