Job summary
Amazing Lash Studio in Florissant, MO is seeking an assistant sales manager / operations manager to support sales and day-to-day operations for a busy eyelash extension and eyebrow studio. This role offers competitive hourly pay with commission, PTO, discounted services, holidays off, and a 401K plan. Strong leadership and customer service skills are required.

- Support sales and day-to-day operations for a busy studio.
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
- Coordinate schedule, duties, and training as needed.
