Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio is hiring an Assistant Manager/Training Manager in El Paso, TX. You will support studio operations, lead sales training, and coach a team of estheticians and service providers.

Role requires lash extension experience, a Cosmetology license, and strong leadership. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on growth, customer service, and membership retention.

Qualifications

• Management experience required (sales/operations/general manager).
• Cosmetology or esthetician license required.
• Lash extension experience required.
• Salon experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and sales management skills; motivate staff and drive operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Management in operations of the studio.
• Ensure high level of service and adherence to standards.
• Act as main sales Manager and trainer; identify training needs and provide ongoing training.
• Provide monthly evaluation and new hire training for staff.
• Manage membership retention and achieve revenue goals.
• Oversee daily operations with Owner and Director.
• Conduct new hire training for Front Desk and Service providers.
• Conduct monthly employee evaluations.
• Lead social media marketing and studio promotions.
• Respond to client reviews and maintain a high-energy environment.
• Coach and train sales, customer service, esthetician and cosmetologist staff.
• Inventory management and studio cleanliness.
