Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run busy studio operations, lead a results-driven team, and drive membership and retail sales. You will train staff, manage front-desk activities, and maintain exceptional customer service across multiple Dallas locations.

Open availability is required as locations operate early and late, seven days a week. Mindbody Online experience is a plus, and growth opportunities are available with additional compensation for performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership in sales and team management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel between Dallas locations and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Director with studio operations and manage from the Front Desk.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing training, coaching, and role-playing to the team.
• Maintain a membership sales closing percentage of 40%+ and work with Lash Consultants to meet goals.
• Oversee sales and retail targets and help achieve personal, team, and store goals.
• Support Studio Manager in scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
• Foster a positive culture with team recognition and contests.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and respond to questions promptly.
• Ensure the studio remains clean and organized.
