Target is seeking a Beauty Studio Advisor to deliver personalized product recommendations, demonstrations, and service-led guest experiences. You will help guests explore trends, build routines, and choose solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget.

This role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, teamwork, and flexible scheduling, with ongoing product knowledge training. Prior beauty retail experience is preferred but not required; benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 12+ months beauty retail experience preferred
• Strong interest in beauty/skincare products
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
• Effective communication skills
• Work independently and with a team

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
• Greet guests and help them find what they need
• Provide personalized recommendations and product demonstrations
• Support guests with samples and drive sales
• Maintain displays, pricing accuracy and inventory
• Participate in weekly training on new products and guest engagement
