Target is seeking a Beauty Studio Advisor in Langhorne to bring a service-led approach to beauty shopping. You will deliver personalized recommendations, product demonstrations, and authentic guest connections to help guests explore trends and build routines that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

Qualifications

12+ months beauty retail experience preferred.
Strong interest and knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
Ability to communicate on multiple frequencies devices and operate handheld scanners.
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with product selection.
Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and provide service-led selling.
Maintain organized displays, ensure product in stock and pricing accuracy.
Participate in training on new products, trends, and customer priorities.
