Job summary

Target is seeking a Beauty Studio Advisor to deliver expert, service-led experiences in-store. You will greet guests, recommend products, and help them build routines that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

You’ll join a fast-paced team, with training on prestige products and new trends, and you’ll use POS and handheld scanners to support daily operations. Flexible schedule and 12+ months beauty retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

12+ months previous beauty retail experience preferred, but not required.
Strong interest and knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
Ability to communicate on multiple frequencies devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
Effective communication skills.
Work both independently and with a team.
