Target is seeking a Beauty Studio Advisor to bring the Beauty Studio experience to life through personalized recommendations, product demonstrations, beauty expertise, and authentic guest connections. You will inspire discovery and confidence by making beauty approachable and easy to shop, tailoring solutions to guests' needs and budgets.

The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences, driving loyalty, and supporting sales growth through service-led interactions and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 12+ months beauty retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest and knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience with friendly greetings and help.
• Assist guests with product recommendations and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Maintain organized, in-stock displays and accurate pricing on the sales floor.
• Participate in ongoing store training on products, trends and guest engagement.
