Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager in San Antonio, TX to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, develop associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will focus on brand standards, people development, and efficient store processes, including omnichannel fulfillment. The role requires strong leadership, cash handling, scheduling, and a commitment to Sally Beauty brand values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and plan associates' daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience while maximizing sales/KPIs.
• People: trains and develops teams, recruits, addresses performance, maintains positive associate relations.
• Operations: ensures execution of processes including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintains store safety, protects assets, handles inventory and cash controls.
