Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will drive store performance through staff development, merchandising, and adherence to brand standards across all channels.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring safety and loss prevention procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Strong communication skills with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to meet business objectives and drive results.
• Support Store Manager in hiring, development and daily store leadership while Manager isn’t present.
• Ensure brand standards, merchandising, omni-channel execution and inventory controls.
• Schedule staffing to meet store needs and payroll requirements.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention practices and compliance with company policies.
