Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting, audits, and store visits.
• Lead and develop a diverse team through training, coaching, and succession planning.
• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to improve guest experience and sales results.
