CosmoProf in Minnesota is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, inspire associates, and deliver an EPIC hair and beauty shopping experience. You will drive sales by managing budget, expenses, inventory, and safety compliance while developing staff and ensuring the store always looks its best.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to develop store personnel.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

• Oversee store operations to meet sales goals, budgets, expenses and inventory.
