Job summary

CosmoProf in Minnesota is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will manage operations, budgets and inventory while upholding safety and company policies. A cosmetology license is a plus but not required.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, maintaining store appearance, and delivering a high-quality EPIC shopping experience for licensed beauty professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!
