Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience with 1 year in sales management.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter with a drive to educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.
