Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty in Minnesota is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver an epic customer experience in our store. You will manage talent, oversee sales, budget controls, inventory, and safety protocols to drive results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service or retail, plus 1 year in sales management. Cosmetology license is a plus. The role offers training, growth opportunities, and a range of scheduling options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!
