Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking passionate, sales-driven individuals for full-time Management Sales positions in Washington. The role involves leading a team of Beauty Consultants, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, and delivering outstanding customer consultations on skincare and tanning products.

You will receive a base pay plus commission with multiplier opportunities, monthly bonus goals, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Provide ongoing team training.
• Conduct customer consultations on skincare, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and daily administrative paperwork.
