Palm Beach Tan is seeking an outgoing, energetic leader for a Full Time Retail Beauty Store Manager role in a dynamic, sales-driven environment. You will develop sales teams, drive profits, and enhance customer and employee satisfaction while training to advance to management.

The position offers base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, a supportive team atmosphere, and growth potential within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proven retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to influence and motivate others in a team environment.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for long periods (7+ hours).

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.
• Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Achieves financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirements.
• Manage and assign tasks to ensure stores are clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Establishes rapport with customers building loyalty and long term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses information and perform financial analysis to maximize sales and profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money and banking requirements.
