Sephora in Sparks, NV is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to drive store success through coaching and hands-on leadership. You will inspire the team to deliver exceptional client service, exceed sales goals, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
