You’ll lead by example, manage daily store operations, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team focused on beauty and client delight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance through strong client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
