Sephora in Oceanside, NY is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide and inspire a store team. You will drive client engagement, deliver personalized recommendations, and lead by example to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach, train, and develop team members, ensure Sephora standards are upheld, and foster an inclusive, high-performing store culture. Full-time with flexibility for peak hours is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
