Sephora in Oceanside, NY is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a high-performing team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales goals. You’ll coach, train, and engage customers with expert product knowledge while maintaining store standards and a welcoming environment.

The role requires hourly, full-time commitment, peak-hour availability, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Healthcare benefits are provided to eligible team members.
