Job summary

Sephora in Mission Viejo is looking for a Sales and Service Leader to guide a high-performing team, drive client engagement, and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

As a coach and collaborator, you’ll develop staff through onboarding, product knowledge, and loyalty programs while ensuring store standards, inclusivity, and a welcoming shopping experience. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales goals.
