• Drive performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
