Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 at Santa Clara (Valley Fair) is part of L’Oréal. The Keyholder will support the Store Manager to drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience, while upholding the brand’s heritage.

You will lead by example, help achieve store goals, manage opening/closing duties, and train new team members. Strong communication, basic computer skills, and flexible scheduling are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Retail, cosmetics and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and basic computer proficiency expected.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including closing shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships.
• Support achievement of store and personal sales goals and execute strategies.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, visual presentation and store cleanliness.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and share product knowledge.
