SUGARED + BRONZED LLC in Pasadena, CA seeks a Store Director to lead daily client interactions, train Team Members, and uphold outstanding service in a vibrant salon environment. You’ll balance scheduling, inventory, and coaching to create a welcoming atmosphere while driving growth and ensuring team development and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a retail or salon environment.
• Open to flexible, full-time availability to meet business demand.
• Positive, upbeat attitude that promotes collaboration and productivity.

Responsabilités

• Effectively communicate and lead new operational initiatives.
• Interview and hire Team Members to meet company standards.
• Perform Tanning or Sugaring service shifts.
• Manage store-level utilization by monitoring demand, labor trends, and adjusting staffing.
• Develop and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to build a strong well rounded team.
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders as required.
• Ensure compliance with company and State Board cleanliness and organization standards.
• Participate in weekly management calls, providing feedback and celebrating successes.
• Foster a warm, fun, and welcoming environment for both Team Members and clients.
