Responsibilities

• Interviewing and hiring new Team Members to Sugared & Bronzed standards.
• Communicating and executing new operational initiatives in the store.
• Work alongside Team Members during services (tanning or sugaring).
• Developing and providing feedback to Team Members to grow talent.
• Creating weekly employee schedules.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization per company standards.
• Staffing based on demand and labor trends.
• Participating in weekly management calls and sharing wins.
