Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED LLC in Pasadena, CA seeks a Store Director to lead daily client interactions, train Team Members, and uphold outstanding service in a vibrant salon environment. • Ensure compliance with company and State Board cleanliness and organization standards.
• Participate in weekly management calls, providing feedback and celebrating successes.
• Foster a warm, fun, and welcoming environment for both Team Members and clients.

Overview

The Store Director role is the cornerstone of service, and the heart of the client experience. Leading through daily client interactions, comprehensive Team Member training, and a commitment to outstanding service. This role requires a passion for growth, with continuous development of their Team Members while ensuring each client leaves with a smile. By balancing inventory management, scheduling, administrative responsibilities, and ongoing Team Member feedback and coaching, Store Directors create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters both employee growth and excellent service.

Store Director Responsibilities

Requirements

The pay range for this role is:

65,000 - 75,000 USD per year (CA - LA - Westlake Village)

70,000 - 80,000 USD per year (CA - LA - Pasadena)
