Canyon Ranch Austin, opening in the Texas Hill Country, seeks a dynamic leader to manage the Salon and Skincare departments. You will mentor aestheticians, stylists, nail techs, and service agents while upholding exceptional guest service and operational standards.

You’ll coach staff, oversee scheduling, budgets, and program development, and partner with vendors to drive treatment and retail initiatives, ensuring a superb guest experience across our resort in Texas.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in salon, skincare, spa, beauty, hospitality, or a related leadership role.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team with accountability and service focus.
• Strong business and financial acumen including budgeting, expense control, forecasting revenue, and driving performance.
• Ability to work independently, implement policies, and resolve guest concerns.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of Salon and Skincare departments with direction and mentorship.
• Onboard, train, coach, and develop team members for engagement and guest service.
• Ensure outstanding guest experience by resolving concerns and supporting operations.
• Manage department performance through scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Develop beauty programming by partnering with vendors and driving promotions and retail.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance, coordinating with Facilities as needed.
