Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Lenox, MA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist guests with spa services, product recommendations, and POS transactions. You will learn product knowledge and provide attentive service to enhance the guest experience.

• Hold a current Massage Therapy, Aesthetician, or Cosmetology license, or be enrolled in a program leading to one.
• Experience in retail or full-service salon preferred.
• Passion for beauty and personal care.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience with high-end clientele is desired.
• Demonstrate professionalism, poise, and excellent interpersonal skills.
