Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Pittsfield, MA, is seeking a guest-focused associate to help guests access the right service at the right time, ensuring a seamless experience across spa, beauty, and retail. This role emphasizes licensing in massage therapy, aesthetics, or cosmetology, plus retail experience with high-end clientele and a passion for personal care.

Training includes POS operations and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Massage Therapy, Aesthetician, or Cosmetology license, or be actively enrolled in a program leading to one of those licenses.
• Experience working in retail or a full-service salon is preferred.
• A passion for beauty and personal care is highly valued.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience with high-end clientele is desired.
• Demonstrate professionalism, poise, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide personalized, attentive service to enhance the guest experience.
