Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Lenox, MA is seeking a guest-focused team member to assist guests in selecting the right services, support post-service needs, and learn product knowledge to enhance satisfaction.

This role requires beauty license or enrollment, prior retail/salon experience, high-end customer service, and polished interpersonal skills; you will operate the POS system and contribute to a seamless wellness hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Massage Therapy, Aesthetician, or Cosmetology license, or be enrolled in a program toward one.
• Experience in retail or a full-service salon is preferred.
• Passion for beauty and personal care.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience with high-end clientele.
• Professionalism, poise, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide personalized, attentive service to enhance the guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

• Assist guests in reaching the right service at the right time, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Support post-service guest needs, including recommending products for home use based on provider guidance.
• Gain knowledge of product selection to enhance guest satisfaction and follow professional recommendations.
