Summary

Create personalized beauty experiences through makeup applications, skincare consultations, and product recommendations for on-trend and luxury brands. Engage customers both in-store and digitally to build relationships and meet sales goals. Maintain a welcoming department presentation and collaborate with the team to support customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses; recommend products based on customers' beauty goals.
• Engage customers in-store and via digital tools (text and social media); book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services.
• Set and achieve individual sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges while building customer loyalty by enrolling customers in the store rewards program.
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and product presentation; stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge.

• Excellent ability to connect with customers, proactively address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
