Job summary

Sephora in Roseville, CA is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide the store by example, elevate client experiences, and consistently exceed sales goals with a client-first mindset. You’ll lead by example, train on product knowledge, and inspire exceptional service.

You will coach and develop the team, manage daily operations like inventory and visuals, ensure Sephora standards, and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment where every team member and customer belongs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
