Job summary

Sephora located in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a beauty-focused team, elevate client experiences, and drive store performance. You’ll coach, engage clients with product knowledge, and model leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements include at least 2 years of leadership in retail or service, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop staff in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.

• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
