Job summary

Sephora at NC-Blakeney is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a high-performing team at the Charlotte, NC store. You’ll coach staff, elevate client experiences, and drive sales while maintaining Sephora’s standards and brand initiatives.

As a regular, full-time role with 30–40 hours per week, you will lead by example, train for service excellence, and help ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to absorb and share product knowledge and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teammates to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop through onboarding and ongoing learning in service excellence and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards and company policies for a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
