Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver friendly, knowledgeable beauty advice and build personalized baskets for customers in our retail beauty zone. You will engage customers, explain product benefits, and promote CVS Beauty Club programs to close sales.

You will maintain displays, participate in promotions, and ensure hygiene standards while meeting flexible retail hours and sales goals. Training for ear piercing may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Sales-oriented with strong customer service focus.
• Ability to use product knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with ear piercing services is a plus (training provided).
• Bilingual English/Spanish in CVS stores may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty sales service to every client.
• Upsell and build personalized product baskets based on customer needs.
• Explain product benefits and usage, and promote CVS Beauty Club programs.
• Create and maintain appealing beauty displays and promotional materials.
• Keep the beauty zone clean, stocked and compliant with hygiene standards.
