Qualifications

• Sales-focused with ability to upsell and build a robust basket.
• Strong product knowledge of beauty brands and usage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to multitask and meet sales goals while delivering exceptional service.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred in some stores.

Responsibilities
