CVS Health is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant to provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty advice and build personalized baskets for customers in the store's beauty zone. You will engage shoppers, upsell products, and explain benefits while representing CVS promotions.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong selling skills, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and peak hours. Ear-piercing services may be offered after training.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty advice and build robust baskets.
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials in-store.
• Participate in sales programs and events and discuss CVS Beauty Club promotions.
• Explain product usage and benefits to customers and upsell to increase basket size.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked beauty zone and comply with hygiene standards.
